Mission Statement Development Exercise

A written personal mission statement can:

  • Take you out of an aimless existence
  • Provide a tool for deciding between the “good” and the “best” in your life
  • Give you a sense of energy for living
  • Provide an empowering focus for your life
  • Provide an intangible sense of confidence
  • Provide an anchor point to prevent being driven off course in times of uncertainty
  • Assist with priority management
